Alma Naidu
Alma Naidu is an award-winning singer, composer, and lyricist based in Munich, Germany. She has been described by Süddeutsche Zeitung as "one of the greatest singers on the German scene," while Jazzthing magazine praised her "delicate, wonderfully clear voice with absolutely perfect intonation." Naidu has received numerous accolades, including the BMW Welt Young Artist Jazz Award, the Kurt Maas Jazz Award, and the Bavarian Prize for Emerging Artists. On her debut album ALMA, she presents music rooted in singer-songwriter jazz, which reached the top 10 of the German jazz charts. Since then, the classically and jazz-trained musician has been touring with her band across Europe and Asia. Her highly anticipated, self-produced second studio album, REDEFINE, is set to be released on May 23, 2025, on Leopard Records.
