Daniel Žižka is a Czech singer, songwriter, voice teacher and actor. His music focuses on dynamic use of vocals and an ambient atmosphere. His songs have been played on radios such as Evropa2, FajnRadio and WOWRadio Michigan. Daniel is now releasing his debut EP, created in cooperation with a production company in California. In 2025, Daniel performed the first single from the new EP at Prague’s Bethlehem Chapel together with the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra, in his own orchestral arrangement. He is currently studying pop singing and composition at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory, under vocal guidance of Eduard Klezla and composition guidance of Tomáš Sýkora. At Jazz Dock, his debut EP that combines ambient indie pop and pop/soul will be heard live for the first time with a band. Pianist and teacher Michaela Černá will play piano, Daniela Humlová will play bass guitar, and talented Adam Dzuro will play drums. Besides his own music, the audience will also hear their arrangements of popular jazz standards and selected pop songs.
