Electric Madness

The band Electric Madness was formed in 2018 when guitarist and composer Jiří Šimek released his self-titled debut album on Amplion Records. The band is made up of top musicians from two leading groups on the Czech music scene, Muff and Vertigo. On drums the excellent drummer Daniel Šoltis will perform. You will also hear bassist Rasťo Uhrík and keyboardist Martin Brunner. Electric Madness is characterized by an energetic sound that will leave no listener indifferent. In addition to original compositions by Jiří Šimek and Martin Brunner, which stylistically sit between jazz, funk and rock, the band also performs some creatively reinterpreted songs by well-known artists from various styles.
