Emma Smith (USA)

Friday 13/02/2026 from 19:00

Emma Smith, winner of the Parliamentary Jazz Vocalist of the Year, is one of the most exciting voices in contemporary jazz. With performances ranging from London’s Royal Albert Hall to top jazz clubs worldwide, she has built a reputation as a powerful and expressive artist. She has collaborated with Michael Bublé, The Quincy Jones Orchestra, Jeff Goldblum, and the Jeremy Pelt / Wayne Escoffery Quintet. A member of the acclaimed vocal trio The Puppini Sisters, former BBC Radio 3 broadcaster, and part of Ronnie Scott’s All Stars, Emma continues to rise after a successful tour with Postmodern Jukebox.

Born into a family of jazz musicians, she draws her biggest inspiration from her grandfather, a trombonist who played with Sammy Davis Jr., Oscar Peterson, and Frank Sinatra. Her dedication has earned her numerous honors — from the Worshipful Company of Musicians Medal and Montreux Jazz Competition finalist to Jazz Act of the Year 2024 and winner of the Parliamentary Jazz Award. Her breakout album Meshuga Baby received critical acclaim and millions of streams, while her upcoming release Bitter Orange (La Reserve, 2025) confirms her status as one of today’s leading jazz artists.
