Skety
Skety is a six-member vocal ensemble active on both the domestic and international scene since 2014. Their debut album, Skety, was released in 2015 and received nominations in four categories at the international genre awards CARA (Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards). At the prestigious Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards (CARAs) in 2025 in Boston, USA, they won two major awards – Best Jazz Album and Best Jazz Song. They draw inspiration from the legacy of jazz a cappella ensembles, yet they like to push boundaries—often into unexpected territory—thereby creating their own distinctive sound and style. In addition to interpretations of existing works, a significant focus of their repertoire lies in original compositions, particularly those by composer Petr Wajsar. Their music is often said to evoke legendary vocal groups such as Singers Unlimited or The Manhattan Transfer, though they follow their own original path. They have released four albums.

Petr Wajsar, Veronika Vítová, Michal Strnad, Alice Bauer, Štěpán Janoušek, and most recently Marta Kloučková – with special guest Zuzana Vlčeková, who will officially become a new member of Skety at this concert.
